After Retiring from the Navy and working several civilian jobs we have finally been able to return to our Paradise to live. Buying a house and a small amount of land we have settled into a very enjoyable and peaceful life style. One of the largest draw to expats here is the cheap living most people can live with a monthly expense of $900 USD or any amount above, according to your desires and income. Being one of the few English speaking countries is also a plus.
